Digital Product License & Usage Terms

This Digital Product License & Usage Terms (“License”) applies to digital products and downloadable resources provided by Deidra Hunter Studio, including icons, illustrations, templates, graphics, design assets, toolkits, guides, checklists, and other downloadable materials.
By purchasing, downloading, or using a Deidra Hunter Studio digital product, you agree to the terms of this License.
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, the following terms apply.
1. Ownership
All digital products, artwork, illustrations, icons, templates, graphics, designs, and other original materials provided by Deidra Hunter Studio remain the intellectual property of Deidra Hunter Studio.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.
Instead, you receive a limited license to use the product according to these terms.
2. What You May Do
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, you may:
Use purchased digital assets for your own personal projects.
Use purchased digital assets for your own business or brand.
Modify or customize assets for your permitted projects.
Use designs in marketing materials, websites, presentations, social media content, advertisements, and other business communications.
Use assets as part of a completed design created for a client, provided the original editable or standalone asset is not transferred or redistributed to the client unless specifically permitted.
Create finished materials using the assets where the Deidra Hunter Studio asset forms part of a larger completed design.
Commercial use is permitted only within the limits described in this License.
3. What You May Not Do
You may not:
Resell the original digital files.
Redistribute or share the files with another person or business.
Upload the files to another website, marketplace, file-sharing service, or resource library.
Offer the files as a free download.
Include the files in another template, asset pack, resource pack, or digital product for resale or redistribution.
Sublicense the files.
Claim the original artwork or designs as your own.
Register the original assets as your copyright or trademark.
Sell minimally modified versions of the original files.
Use the assets in a way that allows another person to extract, download, or access the original files.
Use the assets to create a competing stock asset, template, icon, illustration, or digital-resource product.
4. Client Work
You may use licensed assets as part of completed creative work produced for a client, provided the asset is incorporated into a larger finished design.
For example, you may use a licensed icon within a client's website, social media graphic, presentation, or marketing material.
However, purchasing one license does not give you permission to transfer the original asset library, template, source file, or downloadable product to your client.
If the client requires access to the original licensed asset itself, they may need to purchase their own license.
5. Templates
Templates may be customized for your own permitted personal or commercial use.
You may not modify a Deidra Hunter Studio template and then sell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template itself.
A template must be used to create a finished end product rather than redistributed as a competing editable template or design resource.
6. Icons, Illustrations and Graphics
Icons, illustrations, characters, graphics, and similar assets may be incorporated into permitted designs and marketing materials.
They may not be sold or distributed as standalone files or as part of another icon, illustration, graphic, or stock-asset collection.
7. Merchandise and Products for Resale
Unless a specific product states otherwise, this standard license does not automatically include merchandise or product-for-resale rights.
This means you may not use an asset as the primary design on items intended for resale—such as apparel, mugs, posters, stickers, packaging sold as a design product, or other merchandise—unless the applicable product license expressly permits it.
Additional licensing may be available for these uses.
8. Logos and Trademarks
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Deidra Hunter Studio assets may not be used as the primary or exclusive element of a registered logo, trademark, or service mark.
Because licensed assets may also be available to other customers, exclusivity is not guaranteed.
9. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
You may not use Deidra Hunter Studio digital products, illustrations, icons, graphics, templates, or other creative assets to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model.
You may not upload or provide the original assets to datasets, asset libraries, or similar systems intended for AI or machine-learning training.
10. Number of Users
Unless otherwise specified, a purchase provides a license for one individual user.
The files may not be shared among a team, company, agency, organization, or other users unless the applicable product includes a multi-user license or additional licenses have been purchased.
11. Free Resources
Free resources provided by Deidra Hunter Studio remain protected by copyright and are subject to any usage terms accompanying the download.
Unless otherwise stated, free does not mean copyright-free or unrestricted.
Free resources may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, or uploaded elsewhere for others to download.
12. Prohibited Uses
Digital products may not be used for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property or other legal rights of another person.
You are responsible for ensuring that your particular use of an asset complies with applicable laws and regulations.
13. No Exclusivity
Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, licenses granted by Deidra Hunter Studio are non-exclusive.
The same or similar digital assets may therefore be licensed to multiple customers.
14. Termination of License
Your rights under this License may terminate if you materially violate these terms.
If your license is terminated because of a violation, you must stop using and distributing materials containing the affected assets to the extent reasonably required by applicable law.
15. Product-Specific Licenses
Certain Deidra Hunter Studio products may have different or additional licensing terms.
When product-specific licensing terms are provided on the product page or with the downloaded product, those terms will apply to that product and will take precedence over conflicting provisions in this general License.
16. Questions About Usage
