These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deidra Hunter Studio website, including its content, articles, resources, downloads, digital products, and related services.
By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing, downloading, or using a Deidra Hunter Studio product or resource, you agree to these Terms and any applicable product-specific terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, products, or resources.

4. Digital Products and Licensing
Digital products are licensed rather than sold outright unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
Use of a digital product is governed by the Deidra Hunter Studio Digital Product License and, where applicable, any product-specific license accompanying the product.
Order of Precedence
If different terms apply to a particular product, the following order will apply in the event of a conflict:
Product-specific license or terms accompanying the product;
Digital Product License & Usage Terms;
These Terms & Conditions.
Product-specific terms may grant additional rights, including rights relating to packaging, merchandise, client projects, or finished products for sale.
5. Free Resources
Free resources remain the intellectual property of Deidra Hunter Studio unless expressly stated otherwise.
Free does not mean copyright-free or unrestricted.
The applicable license accompanying a free resource determines how that resource may be used. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or make the original resource available for download elsewhere unless expressly authorized.
6. Purchases and Payments
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed amount, including applicable taxes or fees.
Payments may be processed by third-party platforms. Deidra Hunter Studio is not responsible for outages, errors, or failures arising solely from systems controlled by those providers.
Prices, products, and promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time. Changes do not alter previously completed purchases except where required by law.
7. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products may be delivered by direct download, email, download page, or third-party platform.
You are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery.
If a legitimate technical issue prevents access to a purchased product, contact hello@deidrahunter.com and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
8. Refunds
Because digital products may be made available immediately, purchases are generally final once delivered or made available for download, subject to the Deidra Hunter Studio Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Product Descriptions and Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including file types and compatibility information where applicable.
You are responsible for reviewing product requirements before purchasing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee compatibility with every device, application, software version, printing process, manufacturing method, or third-party platform.
10. Customer Responsibility and End Use
You are responsible for how you use products and resources licensed by Deidra Hunter Studio.
You are responsible for ensuring that your finished products, advertisements, packaging, marketing materials, websites, merchandise, client work, and other applications comply with laws, regulations, industry requirements, platform requirements, and third-party rights applicable to your use.
Deidra Hunter Studio does not provide regulatory approval, product certification, trademark clearance, legal clearance, manufacturing approval, or similar professional approval merely by licensing a creative asset.
11. Trademarks and Brand Clearance
Unless expressly authorized in writing, purchasing or downloading an asset does not grant ownership or exclusivity in the underlying artwork.
Deidra Hunter Studio does not guarantee that a business name, slogan, logo, brand identity, product name, or other material combined with our assets is available for trademark registration or otherwise free of third-party rights.
You are responsible for conducting any trademark, copyright, or other clearance appropriate to your intended use.
12. Informational and Educational Content
Articles, portfolio projects, case studies, examples, guides, commentary, and educational materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes.
They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
We do not guarantee particular business, financial, marketing, branding, sales, audience, or other results.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may contain or rely upon third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, tools, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Deidra Hunter Studio arising from or relating to a digital product, resource, purchase, or these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Deidra Hunter Studio for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deidra Hunter Studio from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of our products or resources;
Your material violation of an applicable product license or these Terms;
Content, claims, materials, or intellectual property supplied or added by you;
Your finished products, advertisements, packaging, merchandise, client work, or other applications of our assets; or
Your infringement of another person's rights through materials or conduct not supplied or authorized by Deidra Hunter Studio.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Deidra Hunter Studio for claims caused solely by Deidra Hunter Studio's own conduct where such liability cannot lawfully be shifted.

19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections applicable to you that cannot legally be waived.
